General Terms and Conditions

  • The flight and hotel vouchers offered under Spice Value Pack hereinafter referred to as “Voucher(s)” are valid for period of 12 months from the date of issuance of the Voucher(s).
  • The validity of these Voucher(s) is non extendable under any circumstance.
  • The Voucher(s) cannot be exchanged for any cash or cheque.
  • The Voucher(s) is inclusive of all the applicable taxes.
  • The vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Two (2) similar Voucher(s) cannot be clubbed together (eg: two (2) flight booking Voucher(s) cannot be clubbed together while booking a flight).
  • All the Voucher(s) are applicable for single use only.
  • Any unutilized Voucher(s) cannot be used for future bookings and shall be forfeited after the expiry of the valid term.
  • SpiceJet shall not be held liable or responsible for any Voucher(s) that is lost or misused etc.
  • In case of any dispute arising with SpiceJet with respect to purchase or redemption of the Voucher(s), the liability to the customer will be limited to the amount paid for the Voucher.
  • The promotion is subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi.
  • SpiceJet reserves the right without notice to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the T&C’s and the same shall be binding on the eligible customer.
  • By using the Voucher(s), the eligible customer is deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions.

Redemption Process for Hotel Voucher

  • Customer can book hotel on www.spicevacation.com or www.spicejet.com.
  • Select the preferred hotel and proceed to payment gateway page.
  • On payment gateway page apply hotel Voucher code to redeem the Voucher.
  • After successful redemption of the Voucher, remaining amount can be paid through payment modes available on the payment gateway page.
  • To redeem INR 1000 hotel Voucher minimum hotel booking amount should be INR 7,500/-.
  • To redeem INR 2500 hotel Voucher minimum hotel booking amount should be INR 15,000/-.
  • The hotel Voucher is transferrable and can be booked under any name subject to applicable terms and conditions of the respective hotel.
  • The hotel Voucher cannot be clubbed together with any other alternative promo fare/discounted fare offered by SpiceJet or Spice Vacation.

Redemption process for Flight Voucher & Add-On Voucher

  • Customer to click on the link received from SpiceJet in the confirmation mail or to visit www.spicejet.com.
  • Select the flight and add-on service and proceed to the payment gateway page.
  • On the payment gateway page apply the flight Voucher & add-on Voucher code separately to redeem the Voucher(s).
  • After successful redemption of the Voucher(s), remaining amount can be paid through payment modes available on the payment gateway page.
  • One (1) flight Voucher and one (1) add-on Voucher can be availed together for a single flight booking. The remaining flight Voucher(s) and add-on Voucher(s) can be used for subsequent bookings.
  • Spice Add-on Voucher is applicable on Seat selection, Meals, Priority Check-in, Preferred Bag Out and Spice Max only.
  • The flight Voucher and add-on Voucher are non transferable and can be availed only by the person in whose name the Voucher has been purchased.
  • The flight Voucher is applicable only on the base fares.
  • Add-on Voucher is applicable only on the Add-on services.
  • The flight Voucher and add-on Voucher cannot be clubbed together with any other alternative promo fare/ discounted fare/ promo code offered by SpiceJet.
