1. Passengers, upon payment of the price of the SIM card and/ or the bundled plan, as applicable, and submission of required documents* (along with providing the PNR of SpiceJet flight s/he is travelling upon) may apply to buy local SIM card(s) for foreign location(s) (non-Indian), as available. The facility of providing SIM cards for foreign location(s) is only available for passenger’s travelling on SpiceJet’s flights.
2. A maximum of only two (02) SIM card(s) can be purchased in the name of each passenger, per PNR.
3. Upon payment of the price and submission of the required documents (as mentioned below) being successfully completed, the passenger’s application shall be reviewed by a third party, which shall either approve or reject the application.
4. In the event, the passenger does not have the required document(s) readily available, s/he will have the option to upload the same via a link provided, within seventy-two (72) hours of the passenger making the successful payment in respect thereof. In the event the passenger does not upload/ provide with the required documents within the prescribed timeline, the amount paid shall be forfeited
5. In the event, the passenger’s application is approved, the passenger will be notified as such upon the registered e-mail ID/ mobile phone number, and the SIM card will be dispatched to the registered address so as to be delivered to the passenger(s) at the postal address provided, within seven (07) working days from the date of such approval.
6. In the event, the application is rejected, the passenger will be notified as such upon the registered e-mail ID/ mobile phone number, and the passengers will be provided with voucher(s) upon the registered e-mail ID, equivalent to the amount paid by the passenger(s) while making application for buying SIM card(s), within fifteen (15) working days from the date of such rejection, which such vouchers will be usable at www.spicejet.com, as per the terms specified in the e-mail containing the voucher(s).
7. Passenger(s) may make application for buying SIM card(s) only until ten (10) days in advance of the scheduled date of departure.
8. The request placed/ application for buying SIM card is non-refundable
9. SpiceJet shall not be held responsible for any delay in processing of any requests, whether due to the reason of delayed/ non-payment/ non-submission of documents and/ or any other reason whatsoever, attributable either to the passenger and/ or any third party.
10. In the event any passenger/ person makes an application based on incorrect representation (including providing wrong travel details), the amount paid by the passenger/ person shall stand forfeited.
11. The SIM card and the services provided therein are provided individually by Go Talk Mobiles Private Limited (“Service Provider”), and that SpiceJet is not involved in providing these services.
12. In the event, the SIM card is lost by the passenger, neither SpiceJet nor the Service Provider shall be responsible for issuing any duplicate SIM card.
13. SpiceJet does not guarantee and/ or make any representation with respect to the services being offered by the Service Provider, and is not responsible for the sale/ quality/ features/ merchantability of the SIM cards and related services.
14. Any service issues/ complaints etc. by SpiceJet’s passengers in respect of the services availed hereof, shall be directed to and be dealt by the Service Providers. Service provider may be reached at spicetalkquery@gotalk.ae.
15. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions herein, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time without prior notice.
16. Passengers availing the services prescribed herein are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. All other terms of carriage of SpiceJet as available at www.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx, and applicable terms and conditions shall apply.

* Required Documents:
  Clear and legible scanned/ soft copies of the following:

   i.  Valid Passport
  ii.  Valid Visa of the country for which the application for SIM card is being made

3. Mobile data will be applicable as pay per use.
