General Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid on purchase of a Return Air Ticket at www.spicejet.com. The return ticket must be on the same PNR. The validity is for travel completion by 31 March for both legs. Only one email address would be entitled for one scratch card.
SpiceJet Limited (SpiceJet) has the sole right to withdraw the offer or curtail or extend the offer period at any time, without prior notice.
Employees of SpiceJet and its business associates, travel agents or their relatives shall not be eligible for this offer.
All gifts are non-encashable, non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with any other gift.
All rewards / gift vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable. The Octroi Charges and TDS, if applicable on any gift item, will have to borne by the winners and payable on request before delivering the gifts. Processing charges of Rs.250/- per night are applicable to redeem the Free Holiday Voucher.
Last date to submit your request to claim the gift is 10th July'2008.
Please allow us minimum 4-6 weeks time to deliver Home Gift Cheque / Digital Camera. Gift Cheque in your Name / Digital Camera will be delivered at your address by courier.

Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court to the exclusion of all other courts in India.

Terms & Conditions to redeem Free Holiday Voucher
The 4 days' / 3 nights' booking request form entitles the holder to complimentary accommodation (stay only) for a couple and two children up to eight years of age, at anyone of the hotels or resorts listed herein.
Processing charges of Rs.250/- per night are to be paid before issuing a Letter of Confirmation, through a demand draft payable at New Delhi in the name of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
At least 20 days' clear advance notice is required with the first, second and third choice of destinations & dates to process the booking. Please maintain minimum seven days' gap between the preferred check-in dates. On receiving of your booking request form, you will get a confirmation for the availability of destination only within three working days and asked for payment towards processing charges. Booking requests will be disqualified in case of non-receipt of above mentioned charges within next three days.
Only completed booking forms along-with a photocopy of the invoice and original scratch card will be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability especially in case of national holidays and long-weekends.
Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alternate dates & hotels, in case of non-availability.
On receiving of processing charges from the recipients, a confirmation letter for the Hotel Accommodation will be issued in the name of the applicant by the reservation office of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel, date and destination will be mentioned therein. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 days' before the date of check-in.
Once the letter of confirmation has been issued or an email sent for available destination, against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like food, extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities.
No two or more forms can be clubbed together to avail the offer. Only one booking form can be used per booking/family/group traveling together. The vacation offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original Free Voucher / Scratch Card.
Last date to submit your request is 10th July'2008 and all travel must be completed before 20th September'2008.

Terms & Conditions for Free Flight Voucher
The Free Flight Offer applies to the residents in India aged 18 or above and entitles the recipient to an offer of a TWO domestic (within India) economy class return flight ticket to and fro from anyone of the departure city to any destination city on all direct flights. Airport and other taxes, passenger service charges and all other surcharges levied by the airline or travel organizer are excluded, which may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control. This is payable on demand before confirmation of the Air Tickets. All payments should be made by the Demand Draft, in favor of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
The printed Booking Request Form with the preferred departure city, destinations & dates, must be sent by registered/speed post to Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd., 701, Chiranjeev Tower, Opp. Eros Intercontinental Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 before the submission date (i.e., 10th July'2008). The recipients to refer to attached destination chart before they choose their departure city & destinations. All flights must be completed before 20th September'2008. The offer does not include the travel period starting from 5th April'2008 to 5th July'2008.

Please maintain seven days gap between the preferred departure dates. Please ensure that you have mentioned three different preferred destinations and three optional dates to travel. On receiving of your booking request form, you will get a confirmation for the available destination within three working days and asked for payment towards additional tickets (optional), airport & other taxes etc. Booking requests will be disqualified in case of non-receipt of above mentioned charges within seven days.
Only completed booking forms in will be entertained. No booking on fax, phone or email will be accepted. In case of invalid booking request, new Booking Request Form will issue and handling charges of Rs.100/- will be payable again. No fresh form will be issued, in case the invalid booking request is received after 30th June'2008. No booking form will be accepted without the photocopy of an original invoice of product purchased, along which the recipient got this complimentary offer.
The destination of return flight has to be the outbound city. For example, if the recipient is booking a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai, then the return flight will be from Mumbai to Bangalore. You cannot book the return flight from any other city.
All flights will be subject to promotional availability. During special events and festivals, flight availability may be more restricted. All reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 15 days' before the date of departure. Tickets once dispatched shall deem to be received, unless a representation of non-receipt is made till 10 days prior to the first date of travel. All correspondence should be written to care@CountrywideHolidays.com and in case you don't get response within one working day, please call at 09910996090-91-92-93 and ask about the status of the booking.
No two or more Free Flight Booking Request Forms can be clubbed together for same destination and /or date in any circumstances to avail the offer. Only one Booking Request Form can be used per booking / family / group traveling together. The customer hereby understands that Countrywide also provides the facility of travel for one additional passenger at a fixed price of Rs.4995/- for a return flight, subject to availability of the same. The said cost is exclusive of Airport taxes, which may be subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control. This is also payable along with the request for reservation. The payment made for additional passenger booking, are subject to refundable, in case of non-availability for same destination & date, as prime applicant.
The Free Flight Booking Request Form is not transferable and cannot be sold, resold or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this offer.
No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of the booking.
SpiceJet or Countrywide shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a customer and / or a co-passenger, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the Air Tickets and / or any other products / services offered.
SpiceJet or Countrywide cannot be held responsible for any alternations to flight schedule, routes and destinations. All terms & conditions of respective airlines will be applicable for flights.
Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Claims that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified. In the event that any claim is disqualified, then customer shall forthwith return any booking form issued pursuant to such claim to Countrywide.
Countrywide reserves the right to refuse to redeem booking request forms if submitted by the person other than those to whom they were issued. It is mandatory for all Eligible Recipients to have a valid photo identity and address proof to check-in at the Airport.
SpiceJet or Countrywide will not be held responsible for any claims for booking request forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, late or mutilated.
The Free Flight Booking Request Forms cannot be used in conjunction with any alternate offer or promotion. It cannot be clubbed with any other promotional scheme / advertised special etc.
By the act of filling up of the Booking Request Form, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions and further agreed to be unconditionally bound by the terms & conditions.
Proof of posting is not a proof of receipt. Eligible customer should get in touch with Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
Consumer escalations and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
