• SpiceStyle Voucher (the “Voucher”) can be availed only via booking made through www.spicejet.com, Call Centre, Airport Ticketing Office & SpiceJet Mobile App.
• There is no additional promo or discount on SpiceJet flights under this offer.
• The value of the Voucher will be equivalent to the ticket value.
• The Voucher can be availed on products listed on www.spicestyle.com. StyleCash is not applicable on discounts above 50%.
• The Voucher can be utilised by customer only after uploading the same into his account in www.spicestyle.com.
• The Voucher shall only be valid for three months from the date of booking.
• Voucher not used within its validity period shall automatically expire and shall not be re-validated.
• The customer can avail only upto 30% of shopping cart value from the voucher value in a single transaction.
• The Voucher cannot be encashed/ exchanged for any credit note and/ or any other SpiceStyle voucher of different denominations.
• The Vouchers cannot be used together with any other special offer/ promo, unless otherwise stated specifically.
• The use/ redemption of the Voucher shall also be governed by any additional terms and conditions communicated along with the Voucher.
• It shall solely be the responsibility of customer to keep their voucher code obscure and Spice Merchandise Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any voucher lost, misplaced or misused.
• SMPL reserves the right to withdraw/ cancel and/ or amend the arrangement herein and these terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notice.
• SpiceJet Limited acts solely as a facilitator of the Vouchers and shall, in no manner, whatsoever, be responsible for any issues related to these Vouchers. In the event of any query/ complaint in respect of the Vouchers, please write to care@spicestyle.com.
• In the event of any dispute related to the use and/ or redemption of the Voucher, it shall be subject to jurisdiction at Delhi.
• Only one Voucher will be issued against one PNR on bookings made in INR currency . As tickets are available at regular fares. There is no additional promo or discount on SpiceJet flights under this offer.
• To register on www.spicestyle.com, customer needs to have an valid Indian mobile number.
