Note:
- The Processing time for Normal Visa is 4-5 working days (Excluding Weekends – Fri/ Sat in UAE). An applicant can apply for his/ her normal visa a minimum 15 days prior to the date of travel
- The Processing time for Priority Visa is up to 48 working hours (Excluding Weekends – Fri/ Sat in UAE) and should can be applied accordingly prior to the departure date. An applicant can apply for his/ her priority visa a minimum 7 days prior to the date of travel
Visa Eligibility and Supporting Documents
Eligibility Criteria
To avail this service, a person should meet following age criteria:
- Minimum age for single male: 21 years plus to 75 years; for males below the age of 21, parent`s passport copy should be attached as additional supporting document
- Minimum age for single female: 23 years plus to 75 years; for females below the age of 23, parent`s passport copy should be attached as additional supporting document
- If Applicant is accompanying, accompany passenger should be direct blood relative and meet the age criteria mentioned herein above;
- Person below 18 years of age cannot travel alone.
Documents Required
In order to complete the UAE Visa Application, the Applicant is required to upload all the requisite documents (mentioned below) followed by the payment, on the completion of which an Order/Request ID will be generated against the payment made:
- Clear colour scan copy of first and last page of Passport along with observation page, if any [The Passport shall be valid for minimum period of 6 months from the date of issue of visa],
- Clear scan passport size photograph with white background and at least 70% face visibility,
- Confirmed air ticket copy of SpiceJet Limited (of both side trip),
- Last 6 months bank statement,
- Income tax returns of past 2 consecutive years and
- PAN card
All documents should be in jpg., png., gif., or pdf. format only with maximum size of 2 MB.
SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) is providing facility to apply for Dubai (United Arab Emirates) visa to its passengers through “Company Name” on following terms and condition:
- The UAE Visa Application Facility (the “Facility”) is available only to Indian Passport Holders who fulfil the eligibility conditions prescribed by the UAE Visa authorities. This Facility is for person visiting Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and holding valid round trip tickets of the Company.
- The Facility provided by the Company hereunder falls only under the category of 'single entry visa', which is valid for 59 days from the date of issue with a stay period of 29 days (30 days visa) and valid for 14 days from the date of issue with a stay period 13 days (14 days service visa/business visa) from the date of entry as per the visa opted. The visa is non-extendable in nature and will automatically stand cancelled on the expiry of the tenure or once the Applicant departs from Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
- The visa application/s will be accepted after due verification of the requisite documents and receipt/s of the entire payment, dnata may further request for additional documents at their sole discretion.
- Dnata (the service provider) reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion and bears no liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the UAE government.
- All visas are issued as single-entry e-visas and are valid for entry within 58 days from the date of issuance for Tourist visas and 14 Days for Business Visas.
- The visa is non-transferable and non-extendable in nature and will automatically stand cancelled on the expiry of the tenure or once the Applicant departs from Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
- It will be the liability of the Applicant to provide documents requested by UAE Visa Authorities other than above mentioned and the Company shall not held liable for any decision of the UAE Visa Authorities. The Applicant has the responsibility of completing the Visa Application accurately and providing all relevant and prescribed supporting documents in the required format and complying with the requirements of the UAE Visa Authorities or any other authorities, wherever applicable. The Company does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the Application. Once the visa application is accepted it may require a minimum time of 5 working days or more for the processing
- The Company only performs an administrative and co-ordination role of collecting and accepting the Visa Application and supporting documentation from the Applicant and forwarding the same to UAE Visa Authorities through the Service Provider for their consideration and communicating the result of the Visa Application to the Applicant. The decision to grant a Visa is the sole discretion of the UAE Visa Authorities and their decision in this regard is final.
- The Company endeavour would be to submit the Visa Application as soon as possible. However, the processing of the Visa Application is subject to the procedures, terms and conditions and timelines of the UAE Visa Authorities. The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the Applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of vis
- Issuance of a valid visa or its approval does not reserve your/applicant/passenger right to enter in Dubai. Final permission to enter the country is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at Dubai Airport (who is a representative of Government of Dubai / DNRD). In case of the denial of visa or your entry into Dubai by the Government of Dubai / DNRD, dnata or its Completion Partner shall in no way be responsible/ liable to the applicant / you in any manner whatsoever.
- It is your sole responsibility to procure the hard copy of the approved visa at the time of travel as it is to be submitted to Dubai authorities at the time of arrival in Dubai.
- The guarantor will take full responsibility for the authenticity of all documents provided, for guaranteeing that the visitor/you does/do not commit any crimes during their/your visit, for your medical condition of you/visitor and for ensuring that you/ visitor does not overstay after your/their visit. The guarantor further indemnifies dnata of all responsibility in this regard and agrees to settle all liabilities or penalties levied by the UAE government. The guarantor is also responsible for processing airline visa messages and OTB messages.
- It will be the responsibility of the guarantor to provide proof of your/visitor's exit stamp after you/they have left the UAE, else, the applicant will be considered overstayed. Additional documents may be requested from you at dnata discretion.
- The availability of the visa will always be made in an electronic form and the Applicant will be intimated about the same via e-mail or text message.
- The visa processing fees for the Facility is non-refundable.
- The user shall be liable to pay a Penalty of AED 200 per visitor on the first day of overstaying and AED 100 for every additional day thereafter to dnata.
- All the Prices are subject to change without notice.

- The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions herein, at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to discontinue this Facility at any time without prior notice.
- The Applicant is required to provide all required information/documentation to dnata International Pvt Ltd (the “Service Provider for fulfilling the Ok To Board (OTB) requirement of SpiceJet. Visa fees is exclusive of OTB charges, applicable charges need to be paid at the time of submission of application. OTB (Ok To Board) is an airline requirement. Airlines charge a fee for updating OTB on PNR. Please remember that these charges are in addition to VISA fee and Airline carrier specific
- All other terms of carriage of the Company as available at www.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx, and applicable terms and conditions shall apply.
- The Applicant availing the Facility mentioned herein are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Priority Visa Facility offers priority to Applicants / user in processing their Visa applications and sending the same for processing to Immigration on a priority basis. dnata does not assure any time frame within which the Government of Dubai/DNRD will process the Visa application. The Applicant understands and agrees that fulfilment of the Priority service facility within the stipulated time depends solely on the approval and the sole discretion of the Government of Dubai / DNRD. dnata shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or claim in case of refusal or delay by Government of Dubai / DNRD in providing the Visa. Priority Visa Facility is expected to quicken the processing of the Visa application at dnata. “The priority visa, if applied by the user will be processed and the status of the application of the user will be updated to the client within 48 working hours subject to the application being properly complete, documentations in order with all the required information correctly and accurately provided.”
