20 February, 2016: The agitation and blockade at major intersections,
roadways and railways in Haryana has brought the entire state to a halt hampering the
normalcy of public life. And in this unfortunate hour we at SpiceJet extend our bid in
facilitating those thousands of harrowed commuters.
We have initiated operation of additional commercial flights on the Delhi-Amritsar and ,
Delhi-Chandigarh routes for today to evacuate the stranded passengers while also
providing a feasible mode of transport to the others as a matter of caution and we will
remain committed to the situation until normalcy resumes.
